the plan was just to dance
but the way you put your hand inside of mine
it had me questioning
you caught me at my best
so i try to keep it up before you go back to your ends
i’m trying to see (you)
(you know i’m trying, trying)
trying to see you
i’m trying to see you all the time
i’m trying to see
(you know i’m trying, trying)
and let our bodies intertwine
you tell me you’re afraid
but baby girl i’m crazy bout you
in every single way
you’re the constant
until you’re miles away
i’ll be waiting for you
could never find another
like you, you, you, you, you
you’re the sweetest thing i’ve known
sweetest thing i’ve known
you, you, you, you, you
and i
i’m trying to see (you)
(you know i’m trying, trying)
trying to see you
i’m trying to see you all the time
i’m trying to see
(ahh, ahh)
(you know i’m trying trying)
and let our bodiеs intertwine
i’m trying to see (you)
(you know i’m trying, trying)
trying to see you baby
i’m trying to see you all the timе
i’m trying to see
(ahh, ahh)
(you know i’m trying trying)
and let our bodies intertwine
